SHIPPING POLICY

All products ship worldwide. The fulfilment location is set based on shipping destination and stock availability. We have 15 fulfilment centres:

So for example if you're from Los Angeles. Your order will be made in and dispatched from our Los Angeles factory because it's the closest one to you.
We take about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc). and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (phone cases, mugs, etc). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Our shipping algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on these factors: where it’s fulfilled, where it’s shipping, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers.

Do all items in orders ship together?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a jacket won't fit in there.

Also, you may have products shipped to you from two different fulfilment centres If you are ordering products that are exclusively made in just one of our factory's (for example a hat that is only made in one of the North American fulfilment centres) will be shipped separately if the rest of your basket contains items exclusive to our European fulfilment centre. (Items that are exclusive to only one fulfilment centre will be labeled as such on that products page).

Customs

We cannot be responsible for problems that you may encounter with your customs authorities. If your order is held up by your country's customs authorities, it is your responsibility to secure the products. We are not familiar with international customs policies that are unique to each country. As such, it remains the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all import policies which may include: custom fees, VAT, import fees and/or any other fees associated with import.
